Embark on a groundbreaking journey that combines the essence of yoga with the freedom of dance. YogaDance combines different yoga styles – such as hatha, vinyasa, yin, and kundalini – with music and free movement to create a holistic workshop that nourishes body, mind, and spirit.
YogaDance is my creation, inspired by my dance background, music and frequencies, and free ecstatic movement. Based on the principles of yoga and utilising individually mixed music, the workshop evokes the joy of introspection and awareness.

Yes, it is good to have some kind of underlay or base on which you will be comfortable to lie down, sturdy to stand and move. If necessary, a towel can also serve as a mat – depending on the place and space which the practice will take place.
No you don’t have to! YogaDance is suitable for everyone, whether you are a beginner or experienced. The main thing is to have an open mind and a desire to explore movement and music.
All you need is comfortable clothes that allow free movement. It is also recommended to carry water with you, but no special equipment is required. It is recommended to bring your own yoga mat if possible unless otherwise stated.
No, you don’t have to be physically flexible or bend to extreme asanas.
YogaDance is flexible and customizable according to different body needs, but talking to your doctor is always recommended, especially if you have health problems. Movement and yoga are always the participant’s own responsibility, and the most important thing is to listen to your own body. I have worked with participants who could not move fully, but they still enjoyed the experience according to their own limitations.
The workshop usually lasts about 90 minutes and consists of breathing exercises, body awakening, yoga and dance. At the end, we take relaxation and a moment of reflection.
