ASANA

Asanas are what draw many people to yoga—or, at times, make them hesitate. These physical poses, however, don’t need to involve headstands or advanced acrobatics to provide balance, strength, and well-being. Yoga meets you where you are.

In Sanskrit, “asana” means “seat” or “posture.” These poses are designed to align, strengthen, and balance the body while calming the mind and cultivating awareness. From energizing standing poses to calming seated twists, from grounding stillness to vigorous flows, each asana—whether practiced standing tall or lying down—offers unique benefits for body and mind.
